“3 Lessons Kids Learn From Our Shows”

Literacy. Numeracy. Confidence.
Those are the three things our shows focus on — but if we’re being honest, most of us grown-ups could stand a little refresher too.

Let’s start with literacy.
Kids will proudly sound out a new word like it’s a gold medal moment.
Adults? We’ll see a word we can’t pronounce, skip it, and pretend it never existed.
Literacy isn’t just about reading books — it’s about staying curious, asking questions, and admitting when we have no clue what “onomatopoeia” means.

Then there’s numeracy.
Our little characters count clouds, cookies, and city buses like it’s the most joyful thing in the world.
Meanwhile, we’re over here sweating through basic math trying to split dinner six ways.
Maybe numbers aren’t scary — maybe we just forgot how to make them playful again.

And finally, confidence.
Every story we tell lets kids mess up, try again, and keep going.
Somewhere along the way, adults decided mistakes were embarrassing instead of necessary.
Confidence isn’t “I’ve got this.”
It’s “I’ll figure it out… eventually… probably with coffee.”

So yes, our shows teach literacy, numeracy, and confidence —
but really, they’re reminders for all of us to slow down, stay curious, and give ourselves the same grace we give kids.

Because learning doesn’t stop when you grow up.
It just gets funnier, messier, and a whole lot more human.
