From a Passion Project to a Studio That’s Changing How Stories Are Made

In 2023, I started what I thought would be a small passion project.
I wanted to create a show for my nephew, a child actor who loved performing but hated auditioning.

So, I wrote something just for him. A story about a curious New York City kid learning through the world around him, the kind of story I wish I’d seen growing up.

That simple idea led me down an unexpected path.
I spent months researching trends, watching cartoons as an adult (purely for research), and building a small creative team. Together, we produced our first concept — and I thought, “this is it.”

But then I ran into the reality every animator knows too well: it takes time.

One episode every two months wasn’t going to cut it on YouTube.

So I started asking questions.
How do we make animation faster?
How do we give more creators the power to tell their own stories without the bottlenecks?

A year later, that question became a solution — and Maison Neline Studios was born.

What started as a gift for my nephew evolved into a studio redefining how children’s stories are made.

We built an AI-first pipeline that makes storytelling faster, more inclusive, and more accessible for families, creators, and brands.

Today, Maison Neline Studios helps others do what I set out to do: create meaningful, high-quality children’s content without waiting for permission.

Sometimes, what looks like a passion project turns out to be a blueprint for something much bigger.
